O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to forthwith delete the wrongful and fraudulent entry of the name "Tamilarasi", pertaining to Document No. 575 of 1985 dated 22.04.1985, from the Encumbrance Certificate relating to the property comprised in Survey No. 209/11, Vallam Village, Thanjavur District, registered in the records of the 4th Respondent and consequently direct the 3rd respondents, to issue a fresh corrected Encumbrance Certificate by considering the Petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. By consent this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the 5th respondent, notice to her is dispensed with.
3. According to the petitioner, he is the absolute owner of the property. However, the name of the 5th respondent, viz., Tamilarasi, was shown in the encumbrance certificate. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 04.12.2025, seeking to delete the name of the 5th respondent, pertaining to Document No. 575 of 1985 dated 22.04.1985, from the Encumbrance Certificate relating to the property comprised in Survey No. 209/11, Vallam Village, Thanjavur District. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 04.12.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents 1 to 4 to 3/6
consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.12.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
