This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Tanjore, in I.A.No.83 of 2012 in O.S.No.13 of 2010 and set aside the order dated 08.08.2012.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the main suit tself has been disposed of on 08.02.2012.
