Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to STAY against all further proceedings of the Fair and Decreetal Order in G.W.O.P.No.46 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli, dated 17.09.2016 pending disposal of the above CMA(MD) No.1145 of 2016.

ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.THENMOZHI SHIVA PERUMAL, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- In the light of the fact that the divorce petition as well as GWOP came to be dismissed, the orders remain to be stayed. Therefore, both petitions are dismissed.
