the arguments of M/S.T.R.JEYAPALAM, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 223 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of justice, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.

4. After making payment, Registry is directed to number the petition, if it is otherwise in order.
