ORDER

As against the order passed by the Commissioner of HR&CE, Chennai, the petitioner has preferred a revision petition, under Section 114 of HR&CE Act, before the first respondent, in the month of July 2023. Now, the petitioner has filed this writ petition for early disposal of the revision petition preferred by him before the first respondent. 2/5

2. Mr.P.Subba Raj, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the revision petition preferred by the petitioner in the month of July 2023 has been numbered as R.P.No.9 of 2023 and it is pending with the first respondent.

3. The petitioner has filed a revision petition in the month of July 2023 and the same is pending before the first respondent for the past six months. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the revision petition in R.P.No.9 of 2023 filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
