ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate protection to the petitioner to her life and limb.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Karthikeyan against four persons including the petitioner herein, enquiry was conducted and the petitioner was directed to approach the District Crime Branch and on that basis, the complaint was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that a complaint is pending before the Economic Offences Wing, Chennai, but not against the petitioner and that as of now, no petition or complaint is pending against the petitioner and that the petitioner's representation is pending before the second respondent.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2022 and pass orders within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
