No.2705 of 2012 ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 28.11.2019, and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Theni vide the letter in D. No.2320 / 2022 dated 08.04.2022, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 28.11.2019, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.30 of 2011 within a period of three months.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.2320/2022 dated 08.04.2022, whereby and whereunder, stating some reasons, it requested further time to dispose of O.S.No.30 of 2011.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below, a further time of three months is granted from today to comply with the order dated 28.11.2019.
