DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming upon for hearing on Friday, the Thirtieth day of August Two Thousand and Nineteen, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the material papres in the Suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Meenakshi Sundaram, Advocate for the Appellants and of Mr.Muthukrishnan, Advocate for the respondent, and having stood over for consideration till this date, this Court doth order and decree as follows:

1) That the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.42 of 2008 dated 14.03.2009 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi confirming the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S.No.422 of 2006 dated 27.03.2008 on the file of the Learned Principal District Munsif, Tenkasi be and hereby are confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed. and

2. That there be no costs in this Appeal.
