PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1 to 3 respondents herein forthwith to stop the functioning of the 4th respondent Arunachalam Rice Mill and Flour Mill situated at Kambur Road, Karungalakudi Pettai, Karungalakudi Village, 1/4

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to stop the functioning of the 4th respondent rice mill on the ground that the same is running without any permission from the authorities concerned.
2. The learned Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent submits that he had obtained proper license and due to personal animosity, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for this petitioner relied upon a communication issued by the second respondent on 24.04.2024 to the 3rd respondent to initiate action as against the 4th respondent. 2/4
4. In view of the above said facts, the third respondent is directed to consider the request of the petitioner dated 03.11.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the 4th respondent. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
