This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 08.08.2012 made in I.A.No.267 of 2012 in O.S.No.23 of 2011, on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the main suit tself has been disposed of.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and the accordingly, the same stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
