2.Today (ie., 19.09.2019), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner viz., S.Chandran passed away as early as on 23.01.2017 and he has also produced the Death Certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths, Sivakasi Municipality. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal revision case is dismissed as abated.
