Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to give permission to organize the temple festival on 12.01.2022 at Shri Valli Thirumana Nadagam at Shri Karuppasamy Shri Chellaiamman Temple and which is situated at T.Kookikulam Village, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District based on his representation dated 28.12.2021.

ORDER
The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to grant permission to hold the petition mentioned event.
2. There does not appear to be any communal angle. The first respondent is therefore directed to give permission to the petitioner to hold the petition mentioned event. It is open to the first respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions to ensure the smooth conduct of the event. The petitioner through his counsel gives an undertaking that the organizers of the event will adhere to the police directives. 3. Recording the said undertaking, this Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
