Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The subject matter of the writ petition pertains to conducting of the petition mentioned Temple festival. No consensus could be arrived at between the parties. These issues cannot be resolved in writ proceedings. There are no judicial manageable standards by which the issue can be decided in a writ petition. It is for the parties to work out the rights before the jurisdictional civil Court or before the authority under the HR&CE Act. Granting such liberty to the writ petition, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
