Delay would stand condoned subject to the payment of Rs.1,00/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Legal Services Authority Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, on or before 14.11.2016, failing which this petition would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.
