(1) That the Judgment and Decree of the Sub Court, Kuzhithurai, dated 07.08.2009 made in Appeal Suit No.3 of 2004, confirming the Judgment and Decree of the court of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kuzhithurai made in Original Suit No. 7 of 2000 dated 29.10.2003 be and hereby are confirmed and this appeal dismissed;

(2) that, the Appellants herein/Defendants be and hereby directed to disburse the balance gratuity amount, if it has not been disbursed so far, at the earliest together with interest payable at the statutory rate and

(3) That, there be no costs in this Appeal.
