ORDER

The revision petitioner filed Cr.M.P.No.629 of 2013 before the Special Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for land grabbing cases, Tirunelveli seeking a direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

2.The learned trial Magistrate, after perusing the complaint, observed that the complainant had not proved his title through proper title deeds and therefore, there was no basis to show that the respondents had grabbed the property. Finding no prima facie material to forward the complaint under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C, the petition was dismissed by order dated 05.09.2013. Challenging the same, this criminal revision case has been filed. 3.When the matter was listed on the previous occasion, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. Hence, the case was posted today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the revision petitioner. This Court, on going through the impugned order, comes to the conclusion that the order passed by the trial Magistrate does not warrant any interference.
