The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 244 days in re-presenting the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions. 2.Heard Mr.A.Mohamed Haneef, for the petitioner, Mr.R.Shankar Ganesh, for the respondents 4 to 7 and Mr.V.R.Venkatesan, for the respondents 10 and 11.

3.Mr.R.Shankar Ganesh, for the respondents 4 to 7 and Mr.V.R.Venkatesan, for the respondents 10 and 11 have no objection for allowing this Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 244 days.
