Respondent/Defacto Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an order extending the time having been granted by this Hon`ble court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13921 of 2020 dated 03.12.2020 for their appearance and complying condition of the petitioners in pursuance of the order of this Hon`ble court for another 15 days. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
