This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.300 of 2014, dated 20.05.2014, for the offences under Sections 188 & 452 of Indian Penal Code on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and Charge Sheet yet to be filed. 3.It is seen from the records that no ground is raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner to quash the criminal proceedings against him. The grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Moreover, investigation has been completed and Charge sheet yet to be filed. At this stage, this Court is of the view that the FIR cannot be quashed and this criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
