Whereas this Court in its order dated made herein appointed MR. R.ANIRUDH GARGA, Advocate, En. No. 3527/2012, No.3, Second Lions Cross Road, Shanmukhapuram, Palani-624601 as Advocate Commissioner, who is directed to take the assistance of the Municipal Surveyor and measure the property as available on ground with reference to the sale deed dated 02.07.1984 executed by the Sub Court, Palani vide Document No. 847 of 1984 by the Sub Registrar No. 1, Palani. The Advocate Commissioner shall also submit a plan dividing the property into four equal parcels. The report should be submitted before this Court on or before 08/04/2022. The expenses shall be borne equally by the parties.

Therefore, you namely Mr. R.Anirudh Garga, Advocate Commissioner be and hereby is directed as follows;

1. to take the assistance of the Municipal Surveyor and measure the property as available on ground with reference to the sale deed dated 02.07.1984 executed by the Sub Court, Palani vide Document No. 847 of 1984 by the Sub Registrar No. 1, Palani.

2. to submit a plan dividing the property into four equal parcels.

3. The report should be submitted before this Court on or before 08/04/2022.

You are further informed that the initial remuneration is fixed at Rs. 20,000/- to be borne equally by the parties. The matter stands posted on 08/04/2022.
