This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.124 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Natham as against the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.124 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Natham has been ended in acquittal on 21.07.2015 and nothing survives in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
