respondent for removal of encroachment in Survey No.127/5, Sarkkar Natham, extended 0.72.81 hector, situated at Pulavanpatti Village, Thiruthipatti Group, Karaikkudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Today (08.07.2025), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, based on the written instructions given by the Tahsildar, Karaikkudi Taluk / 4th respondent, would submit that actions are initiated under the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and it is pending.

2.It is needless to state that enforcement actions are to be continued by following the procedures as contemplated under the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and concluded within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
