It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent that compensation awarded by the Human Rights Commission was disbursed to the victim, pursuant to the Government Orders. That apart, the present Review Petition is filed by the petitioner by raising grounds on merits, which cannot be considered. Re-adjudication of merits in a review proceedings is impermissible. Thus, this Review Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
