O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to take appropriate action pertains to the sale deeds dated 22.12.2008 in Document Nos.7094/2008, 7095/2008 and 7097/2008 respectively as they were executed by its power agents when the Principal was not alive at the time of execution of the said conveyances.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 2/4

22.12.2008 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to the parties and after giving an opportunity of hearing, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
