ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the first and second respondents to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his employees.
2.The contention of the petitioner is that though he has submitted a representation to the second respondent on 31.12.2020, no action has been taken by the police till date. His main contention is that the private respondents 3 to 8 along with some other persons came over to the petitioner's industry and created ruckus alleging that the petitioner is polluting the entire area. 3.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and would submit that the petition submitted by the petitioner is pending in CSR.No.6 of 2021 for enquiry.
4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 31.12.2020 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, after affording reasonable opportunity to the respondents 3 to 8. 5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
