ORDER

The petitioner herein is a claimant in M.C.O.P. No.1112 of 2017 was awarded compensation of Rs.39,43,000/-by the Tribunal. But not satisfied with the quantum, he has preferred the Appeal for enhancement of the compensation of Rs.1,24,29,906/-.

2. The present petition is filed to exempt him from payment of Court fee, stating that the accident has affected him and that his financial position makes it difficult to arrange funds. He wants exemption from payment of Court fee.

3. This Court finds, the claimant had the benefit of getting award about Rs.40 Lakhs with interest at rate of 7.5%. Hence, he cannot be treated as the person incapable to pay the Court fee.
