ORDER

Seeking direction to the respondents to forthwith comply the order dated 14.11.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kodaikanal, in Crl.M.P.No.2569 of 2025 and Crl.M.P.No.179 of 2024 by taking immediate steps, this criminal original petition is filed. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the the petitioner has filed Crl.M.P.No.2569 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kodaikanal seeking to direct the Kodaikanal police Station to register the FIR as against the respondents therein. Similarly, counter complaint was filed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.179 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kodaikanal. The learned Magistrate had passed an order in Crl.M.P.No.2569 of 2025 and 2/5

Crl.M.P.No.179 of 2024 directing the second respondent to take immediate steps and to file a detailed compliance report on or before 19.12.2025. Even thereafter, the respondents are willfully delaying in filing a compliance report and the same demonstrates clear non compliance of judicial orders and hence, this petition.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kodaikanal, on 14.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.2569 of 2025 and Crl.M.P.No.179 of 2024 forthwith.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

5.Post the matter for reporting compliance on 12.02.2026. 21.01.2026 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Rmk 3/5
