ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar to dispose of the case in C.C.No.92 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar within a time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the accused 4 and 5 have filed a discharge petition in Crl.M.P.No.5750 of 2018 and the same is pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar and that the case stands posted on 08.02.2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar is directed to dispose of the discharge application filed by the accused 4 and 5 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
