ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this date under the caption for "Extension of Time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.15/03/2021 and the requisition letter in D.No.7750 dated 15/12/2021 submitted by the Principal District & Sessions court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, this Court made the following order:

This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar, seeking extension of three months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.69 of 2011.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned District Munsif, Virudhunagar, by three months and accordingly, it is extended by three months from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
