The first appellant is no more. However, it is not necessary to take steps because all the legal heirs of the first appellant are already on record.
2. The sole respondent is no more. The appellants 2 and 3 are not taking steps, probably because the matter appears to have been settled. Since steps have not been taken to bring the legal heirs of the deceased respondent on record, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
