DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this date, upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and the material papers in the Suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.P.NARAYANAKUMAR, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.S.RAMESH, Advocate for the first to eighth respondents, ninth, thirteenth and fifteenth respondents not appeared either in person or by an Advocate and this Court doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) That the Judgement and decree passed in A.S.No.119 of 2006 dated 23.06.2009 on the file of the I Additional Subordinate Court,Nagercoil(Camp at Padmanabhapuram) confirming the Judgement and decree passed in O.S. No.15 of 2003, dated 27.06.2006 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram is be and hereby confirmed and this Second Appeal is dismissed.
