3. It is stated in the letter that trial will be completed within a period of three months.

4. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the petitioner is having 18 previous cases. If the petitioner is granted bail, he would tamper the evidence. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
