O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondent dated 11.12.2025 under Section 87 of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, no proper notice was issued to him and even though, he has submitted his explanation, the order proceeds on the basis as if no explanation has been offered. He further submits that he was not put on notice during the hearing.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is having an effective alternative statutory appeal remedy under the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The petitioner is at liberty to raise the same grounds before the appropriate appellate authority.

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. If the appeal is filed on or before 15.02.2026, the same shall be entertained without any reference to the period of limitation. There shall be no order as to costs.
