The petitioners have filed this Civil Revision Petition against the order passed in R.C.A.No.1 of 2010 dated 29.09.2011, on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge (Rent Control Appellate Authority) Madurai, which confirmed the order passed in R.C.O.P.No.12 of 2003, dated 16.11.2009, on the file of the District Munsif (Rent Controller), Madurai.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequent to the filing of this Civil Revision Petition, the Execution Petition in EP.No.336 of 2012, was terminated on 16.04.2014.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives before this Court for adjudication. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
