ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the Accused No.5, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.255 of 2013, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.Heard Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.28 of 2014, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Papanasam, and subsequently, the case committed to the Court of Sessions and it was taken on file in S.C.No.256 of 2014 and made over to the Assistant Sessions Judge, Kumbakonam and the case was disposed on 25.06.2014.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
