This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.89 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti, as against the petitioners. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the said criminal proceedings as against the petitioners has been ended in acquittal on 02.09.2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate NO.1, Usilampatti and nothing survives in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
