O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent Nos.1 to 3 for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.(MD. No.5751 of 2019, dated 28.02.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submits that as against the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD. No.5751 of 2019, vide order dated 28.02.2023, the State preferred an appeal in W.A(MD) No.666 of 2024 and the Division Bench of this Court passed an interim order.
