PUSHPAVALLI ..RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 1210 days in re-presenting the above CMA(MD) SR.No.21117 of 2013 against the judgment and decree dated 21.08.2012 passed in MCOP.No.190/2012 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pudukottai. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SIVARAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is to condone the delay of 1210 days in representing the appeal. Delay would stand condoned subject to the payment of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) to the Legal Services Authority, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, on or before 15.11.2016 failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this court.
