PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR40992 of 2017 :

Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, praying to prefer this Memorandum of Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order dated 27.01.2017 passed in E.A.No.147 of 2012 in E.P.No.157 of 2000 in O.S.No.961 of 1996 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Palani.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JANAKIRAMULU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 126 days in preferring above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing on both sides.

3. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the ends of Justice, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
