This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016, to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 22.07.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.1592 of 2022 in Spl.S.C.No.32 of 2022 on the file of the III Additional District Court (PCR), Madurai, and to set aside the same and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with Crime No.590 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police by allowing this criminal appeal. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PANDIYARAJAN K, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondents 1 & 2, the court made the following order:- https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.459 of 2023 This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 17.08.2022 in Crl.A.(MD). No.471 of 2022.

2.By the above said order, this Court directed the petitioners to stay at Villupuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station, at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 30 days and thereafter, appear before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for PCR Cases, Madurai, and the same was taken cognizance in Spl.S.C.No.32 of 2022.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
