O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to survey and measure the property comprised in Old Survey Nos.1323/19, 1323/20, 1323/21, 1323/24 and 1323/25, corresponding to New Survey Nos.478/50, 478/53, 478/56, 478/55 and 478/54, covered under Patta No.928, situated at Perungudi Revenue Village, Thirumayam Taluk, Pudukkottai District and to fix boundary stones within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that a representation as well as an online application have been made for the demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question. Page No. 2 of 5

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2025 and online application dated 18.12.2025, demarcate the petitioner's land after consideration of the claims of all parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event of any rival claims, the parties are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the Civil Court. It is needless to state that before surveying the land, notice shall be issued to the adjacent landowners and other interested parties, if any. Page No. 3 of 5

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
