This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent herein to issue a separate patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.503/8, measuring an extent of 3.40 Ares, in Patta No.452, situated at Peramangalam Village, Musiri Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2025, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first to third respondents would submit that pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2025, a survey was conducted for the purpose of issuance of patta. At that time, the private respondents, who are siblings of the petitioner, raised objections to the same. He would further submit that since the rights of the parties are involved in the present case, they may approach the civil court.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that in the event of any dispute between the parties regarding their respective rights, they may approach the civil court for appropriate relief, as such disputes cannot be decided by the revenue officials, who cannot be expected to adjudicate upon the same.
4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
