RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ DEFENDANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Condone the delay of 297 days in representing the above said Civil Revision Petition before this Hon'ble Court in C.R.P.(MD). SR.No.12572 of 2017 and thus render justice.

PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR12572 of 2017:- to allow this Civil Revision Petition by setting aside the order passed by the Learned Principal Sub Judge in I.A.No.2 of 2014 in Unnumbered C.M.A. Of 2014 dated 08.09.2016 and taken on appeal suit by the Lower Appellate court and decide the same on merits and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.SELVANAYAGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 297 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

3. Even though the delay is on the higher side, to meet the

ends of justice, the delay is condoned on terms and accordingly, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,500/-(Rupees One Thousand and Five Hundred only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
