2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to agitate the main suit before the trial Court with regard to the legal issues raised and the petitioner is not pressing these Civil Revision Petitions.

3. Granting such liberty, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as not pressed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
