The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner would submit that the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2008 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam, which is the subject-matter in this revision, has already been dismissed for default on 04.07.2016 and hence the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. He also seeks liberty to file a restore petition in the Civil Revision Petition. 2.In view of the above-said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the suit in O.S.No.53 of 2008 is restored to file in future, the petitioner is at liberty to restore the Civil Revision Petition, if so advised. No costs.
