ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2024 within the time limit stipulated by this Court forthwith
2. The petitioner who is the father of the third respondent has sent a representation to the respondents on 03.11.2024, since no action has been taken the present petition has been filed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry is pending in CSR No. 820 of 2024 and summons have been sent to the rival parties to appear for enquiry. The petitioner and the third respondent are none other than the father and son.
4. In view of the same, respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner along with his son namely the third respondent and conclude the same within a period of one month from the date or receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
5. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
