Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that during the pendency of this petition, trial has commenced and already chief examination of P.W.1 is also completed in part.

2. Since the trial has commenced and the evidence of the witness has also been recorded, this Court is not inclined to entertain this quash petition at this stage.
