ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. There is an inordinate delay of 294 in re-presenting the revision and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
