This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents to to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.9980/2014/M based on the summon issued by the first respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side).

3. The impugned order under section 107 Cr.P.C., in M.C.No.9980/2014/M dated 18.12.2014 shall stand quashed on the sole ground that the common notice stands issued to both "A" and "B" parties. Consequently , connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
