This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 26.04.2015 and investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that no complaint is pending before the second respondent police. 4.Considering the said submission, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the second respondent on 17.06.2015 and the same shall be proceeded further by them within four weeks thereafter. 5.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
